HGH is recruiting a dynamic, hands-on sales manager for its US office to develop the sale of the IR REVOLUTION 360 on the Homeland Security and Defense markets. This position reports to the GM North America.

Position responsibilities

- Develop business opportunities through cold calling on a daily basis. Maintain a high level of sales prospection
- Follow up on leads, screen opportunities through thorough qualification
- Organize and perform product demonstrations whenever necessary
- Participate in trade shows
- Close new business deals: handle sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation. Work closely with development team to ensure best technical support
- Meet or Exceed sales quota
- Maintain up-to-date prospect and customer contact records
- Provide General Manager on a weekly basis with accurate pipeline, forecast and update on customer service issues.
- Sell Other products, as required

Requirements
B.S. or B.A. preferred
Strong desire to succeed
Must possess U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident Alien (“Green Card”) status
Cold calling experience
Team player
Hard working, self motivated
Experience working in security and defense industry is a plus
Willing to travel 50% of the time
Must be able to lift and move up to 60 pounds
